Pennsylvania Indoor Vaping & Smoking Laws (2026)
Info: Pennsylvania has no statewide indoor vaping ban.
InfoVerified Jul 18, 2026
Pennsylvania has no statewide indoor vaping ban. Pennsylvania's Clean Indoor Air Act defines "smoking" as a lighted (combustible) device only, so e-cigarettes are not covered; the Act also exempts bars, cigar bars, private clubs and part of casino floors. Philadelphia regulates e-cigarettes locally.
