Missouri Indoor Vaping & Smoking Laws (2026)
Info: Missouri has no statewide indoor vaping ban.
InfoVerified Jul 18, 2026
Missouri has no statewide indoor vaping ban. Missouri's Indoor Clean Air Act defines "smoking" as possession of burning tobacco only — e-cigarettes are not included — and is weak even for smoke (permits designated smoking areas, exempts small restaurants and bars). Vaping is restricted only by local ordinance.
