Info: Michigan has no statewide indoor vaping ban.
InfoVerified Jul 18, 2026
Michigan has no statewide indoor vaping ban. The Dr. Ron Davis Smoke-Free Air Law bans "smoking" in public places, workplaces and food-service establishments, but its definition covers only the "burning" of tobacco — e-cigarettes are not included. Vaping is restricted only by local ordinance; casinos are also exempt.
