Kansas Indoor Vaping & Smoking Laws (2026)

Info: Kansas has no statewide indoor vaping ban.

InfoVerified Jul 18, 2026

Kansas has no statewide indoor vaping ban. The Kansas Indoor Clean Air Act prohibits smoking in enclosed public places and workplaces (including restaurants and bars), but "smoking" covers only lighted tobacco — the Kansas Attorney General has opined that using an e-cigarette is not "smoking" under the Act. Local ordinances may restrict vaping.
