  • ArizonaRestricted

Arizona retailers may sell only ground ("permissible") fireworks — fountains, sparklers and snakes; aerials and firecrackers aren't sold to consumers, and cities may bar even these.

  • NevadaConditional

Nevada leaves this to each county: in Clark County, "Safe-N-Sane" fireworks are sold from licensed stands from June 28 to July 4 only, and anything bought elsewhere — including tribal-land stores — is illegal to possess or use there. In Washoe County all consumer sales and possession are prohibited. Rural counties vary, so check your county.
