- New JerseyConditional
New Jersey sets no statewide hour restrictions — hours are set by each municipality, which may restrict them further and may limit or bar Sunday sales. Off-premises (package) spirits are generally sold from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday sales are generally allowed where the municipality permits them.
